Rep. Cuellar Recognizes Federico Bouvier of American Electric Power Company

During my meeting with Adrian Rodriguez, President and COO of American Electric Power - AEP, we took a moment to recognize Federico Bouvier, an AEP employee who helped rescue passengers after the plane crash on Loop 20 in Laredo. Federico stepped in alongside first responders and other Good Samaritans during a dangerous situation and helped get people to safety. His actions reflect the courage and character we saw from so many in Laredo that night. Thank you to Federico, the other community members who helped, and the first responders who acted quickly. South Texas is grateful for your courage and service.
